24 y/o Female with Bilateral Shoulder Instability, Bilateral Trochanteric Hip Bursitis, and Iliotibial Band Friction Syndrome. Also being seen for Acute Anxiety and Depression. Not sure what to expect in the MEB process, but have been on a permanent profile since 2009, after the birth of my first child. Finished my 1st ortho consult for my hips and am going next week for my consult on my shoulders. Behavioral health deferred me off post to one source and am wondering if that is not a smart way to go being that I'm in the process of an MEB. Should I demand to be treated at a military facility for documentation purposes? I am currently taking depression meds and klonopin for anxiety. Also Trazadone for sleep since I do not sleep well due to the injuries. Any advice?
