Left knee CRPS/ chronic pain, Patellafemoral maltracking, sprain. How can I find out my rating with the ROM??

Hey y’all..
I am mainly looking for resources that would show what would be my possibly rating with my current ROM.
I have 62 degrees for extension.
35 degrees for flexion.

Does anyone know what the possible rating would be?
 
Code of Federal Regulations. The VA, like most federal agencies, post to the CFR their standards.
