Can anybody recommend legal assistance with the application to the Physical Disability Board of Review (PDBR)?

After sending in all my documents to The Lawyers Serving Warriors, they let me know recently that:

"The Lawyers Serving Warriors™ project of the National Veterans Legal Services Program regrets to inform you that after carefully reviewing your records and application for free legal help, we have determined that we will not be taking your case. Unfortunately, because we do not represent you, the ethical rules governing lawyers prevent us from sharing the details of our review of your claim. As such we cannot provide you advice as to what you should do next or what we thought about the strength of your claim. "

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You don't really need legal help; it is a basically a file review. you can submit documents with your application, but it is pretty standard.

I was awarded a medical retirement from the PDBR in June of this year. The hardest part of the process come after they approve you lol

The other options are PEB counsel provide by your service, at no cost. Or a private attorney whose practice is centered on representing military members seeking benefits.
