Just wanted to post my timeline to hopefully give others a general idea on what to expect.

My package was sent to the PEB on November 10.
Package accepted by PEB on November 17. Received the MOL notification.
I called my PEBLO 4 January and told me that my package had been sent to the VA for ratings which meant I was found unfit.
January 11 my open claims on eBenefits went historical. I called the VA and they said they had sent the rating proposal and wouldn't give any other information. I called my PEBLO and he said that he was unable to give me the proposed percentages, however I take a guess at it and he confirmed I was correct.
January 11, VA has finished proposed ratings and sent back to DOD side of the house.

Awesome, I'm not that far behind you, my package was accepted by the peb 23 Nov. Peblo said I was found unfit and sent to the VA 10 Jan. Waiting for my stuff to go historical in ebenefits then I'll try to call them. Hope this means things are starting to speed up. I'm at Cherry point.

From my personal experience, don't rely on EBenefits to update. Like I said, this was just from MY personal experience, but I signed and accepted my findings on 3 January 2017 and nothing is in my historical section and my EBenefits is still asking me to update my banking information....which I did in mid November.

I've got to agree with you here. A good buddy of mine had the same thing happen. eBenefits is a hit or miss. It's a good resource to pass the time and ask questions though.

Good to go. So when should I start trying to see what my proposed rating is from the VA? The last thing I was told was Jan 9th from the PEBLO that I was found unfit and the package was sent to the VA for ratings. When I check Ebenefits then the open claims page won't load but there is nothing in historicals either.
Hopefully the packages keep going as smoothly, if mine follows your timeline then I should be expecting it the first part of February.

Every timeline is different. If your PEBLO told you that you were found UNFIT (congratulations by the way, the only contact I've had with my PEBLO since he sent my board up was one email with him telling me that he can't tell me any information. So again, congrats), I'd be calling the VA at least once a week trying to see what step your package is on and if your proposed ratings are finished. I wish I could help more but as you know, every timeline is different. Good luck and keep us updated.

What DirtyBuzz said.
From the time I was notified that I was found unfit to the time that I received my proposed VA ratings from my PEBLO was around 3 weeks exactly. I was told to expect the proposed ratings within a month. Of course, not every PEBLO is actually going to disclose what the ratings were, apparently a majority don't. In the case that yours keeps you out of the loop, I would do what DirtyBuzz suggested and call the VA once a week or so to see where your package is. They can fax the proposed ratings to you 10 days after they send the package to the DoD to get rated, which a lot of the time is still before you even hear from your PEBLO that it's left the VA. Good luck!

I just talked to the VA and they said they sent out the letter on the 20th of January. So from what everyone is saying, I can call them on the 30th and get them to fax my proposed ratings? Also, how long has the PEB been taking lately once they receive the ratings back from the VA? Thank you for your help guys and gals.

It's 10 business days. So, not weekends, or holidays.

Also, my ratings took 62 days from the time the PEB received them to me signing them. The QA phase is anyone's guess as to how long it could take. It could be 9 days, or it could be 9 weeks.

I just got a call today to meet at 1500 because my package is back from the peb!! I am super stoked. Is it still about 2-3 weeks from signing to getting your new EAS? I'm just trying to see when the soonest I should request my eas to take advantage of my 20 days of PTAD and 50 days of leave.

If you don't mind me asking, what were your results?
40% DOD TRDL
100% VA

I will be signing mine on Thursday, 60/80% pdrl. What are you requesting your eas be? I'm thinking about April 30th so I can be outta here the end of February and use my 70 days.

They didn't give an option to request an EAS, they said it would depend on how much leave I had. I have 30 days and received my new EAS today, 8 days after accepting the findings. EAS is now 20170330.

Your timeframe has me very hopeful. My case was forwarded to the PEB 8 December. I'm hoping mine comes back any day now.

Don't hold your breath, but mine was gone to the peb for 2 months and 8 days before I got everything back... *Knocking on wood*
