The trick is to get the military officials to accept, understand and adhere to the standard.

Note that the OPs states his doctor state that he "believes that it is possible" that the asthma preexisted service. "Believes that it is possible" falls woefully short of clear and unmistakable evidence as describe in the court case above.

Thank you everyone!! I appreciate every giving me this information! From what I have been told my LOD is still going to be EPTS service aggravated. I'm going to fight this....because it not right
