Luke AFB MEB timelime

Yea the VA rep on the phone told me that he didnt see the letter in the system yet so he wasnt sure why it had not been completed yet. I may call back to see if it is in the system yet.
 
anyone else experiencing problems with ebenefits today???

so what is this development letter.. it says they sent one but i have yet to receive it... what is it and what does it say?
 
Just got a email from myPers saying my Form 356, Findings and Recommended Disposition was sent to my PEBLO! Not gonna lie, I'm a tad nervous now...

Did you have one claim stay pending decision approval and a "new" claim close? I had a new claim close but say it was opened on the same day as my other one...It was weird but there was a lot of movement today.
 
I never received an email from the one claim closing out either which made me wonder what's going on.
 
So I had a new claim open and the old claim went historical. The historical claim said complete and a decision letter had been sent out. The new claim still says pending decision approval but from what I've researched is this is the "end claim". By that I mean once you sign for your %'s and you out process and all that mumbo-jumbo then that claim will closeout and be finalized. If that even makes sense......

And with that I got my ratings today...
40% DOD w/ Permanent Retirement
60% VA

I still have few other claims to go against the VA so maybe I'll get lucky and it'll go up a bit but that's what I expected to get anyways. I've got the 10 days to review the findings but there's not much I really need to go over so I expect to agree w/ the findings and sign by the end of the week.
 
Congrats on the ratings! Yea I wasnt too sure since the old claim stayed and they opened and closed the new one. I guess I will find out in a few days.

I just realized that I never received the email from myPers saying that my case went to the DRAS for ratings even though my case went historical. We I talked to the VA earlier this week they said everything was done so I dont know when they actually send out that email.
 
it says my package was reverted back to preparation for decision but the va rep said it was at pending decision approval..... also my estimated completion moved up. it went from mar 2018-Oct 2018 now its at Jan 2018 to April 2018.... anyone know what this could mean?

Got an email today saying that my PEBLO has been sent the AF 356. I thought they had already been sent that since it said my case was closed on eBenefits but now I guess the AF is done looking at them. Hopefully anyday now!

Nice!!! not gonna appeal for 30% atleast from dod to get retired?

also hopefully i hear something soon since mine and yours was 3 days between pending decision approval
