Where are you in the process? If the MEB has not been approved, then you can rebut it. If it has already gone forward, it is possible for MTF to recall the case, but it may be unlikely to happen as someone would have to admit they made an error. If it is not recalled, sounds like you are in position of fighting at the PEB.
