MDRP Memo

Hello ,

After year long battle with several PAs I was diagnosed with celiac disease and dermatitis herpitformis over a year ago and kept going back to the pa with symptoms of pain everywhere to include numbness and tingleness, I have extreme fatigue, forgetfulness, changing of hand color and pain. I was just recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia after numerous tests and lab work that came back normal. As well as Raynauds syndrome. Due to all my symptoms I decided 6 months ago ( should be etsing in two months) I need to get out to better my health as I still feel all the pain and continue to lose weight (currently 106 at 5'9) even though I maintain a gluten free diet checked by dr and I intake plenty of calories. My new PA wants me to go to a rheumatologist to get his determination if I meet the qualifications for a MEB and get a MDRP memo . I am worried he does not know the proper terminology to explain to the military that this will be a lifelong journey with my conditions and convey the effect it has on me as a Solider ,if anyone has an example of this memo I would appreciate looking at it to ensure this dr does it properly. I have been in constant fight to get answers.
