So I received my MEB proceedings today and before I send it back I wanted to post a question.

In the diagnosis part of the DA3947 where it gives each diagnosis and says whether its incurred while entitled to base pay, it says yes. In the existed proir to service,it says no. The part I don't understand is the part where it ask if its permanently aggravated by service. This part says no but I don't know if it should say no. I mean my condition is never going to go away so wouldn't that mean its permanent? It even says in my NARSUM that I will have this for life and need treatment and meds for life. I guess I am not sure if I understand exactly what that column means. Can some one explain for me?

Don't worry, that part applies to only when a condition is EPTS. If EPTS, but permanently aggravated, it is compensable. Since it was incurred while entitled to basic pay, it is compensable.
