So I recently was accepted by AFPC for a "Full MEB" under diagnostic code correlating with IVDS. I read through some of the criteria for how the V.A rates IVDS and it seems to be by periods of "incapacitating episodes" which is not something I have had due to my back pain. Most documents and visits I have had at my MTF showed signs of range of movement impairment. How will the V.A rate me if I haven't had any incapacitating episodes? Am I doomed and gonna be slapped with 0%?
