My claim populated on the app at step 2 of 5 for the benefits estimate letter so should show as closed by the end of the week.

I got an email from the peblo that was forwarded from the myFSS case and an email that something was loaded to PRDA at the same time.
Nice did you get medically retired by any chance? If you did, does that mean you have to depart exactly in 15 days?

I did get retired but I’m not exactly sure how many days I get. My DOS is end of March due to having a lot of leave so I will talk to finance so I can find out when I can start terminal.

UPDATE! Just got my ratings today. VA 100% P&T 40% DOD. FSS email recived on oct 2nd. Took about 10 weeks for ratings. What a journey.
Congrats! How did you find out P&T? Or is it just permanent retirement?

Just called the VA and was told my proposed ratings were finalized 18 December, is there a way I can see them now or do I have to wait until the claim is closed ?

I tried to call and get them but the person I talked to wouldn’t let me. My proposed ratings were completed the 9th and claim closed the 11th.My results came in from the IPEB on the 12th. If you get lucky maybe someone from the VA will email you the ratings.

Yeah that whole section about dependant education benefits is proof that your are total and permenant. Thats what my MSC told me during my exit interview. Congrats to you btw! Now we wait for orders. My peblo said Dod has been vranking orders out very quickly...like less than 10 days.
