MDD follows the VA mental health %. So you can look that up. I believe the %'s are 0%, 10%, 30%, 50%, 70% & 100%.
I had mental health as part of my IDES process if that is what you’re asking. You can be medboarded for it, but if it doesn’t exclude you from your job duties it might not be an unfitting condition.
Your percentages will be based on the level of social and occupational impairment your MH issue(s) cause. No one can answer your question without knowing that information.

not niceIt prevents me from performing my duties in my Rate/MOS. But I’ve been working admin while on LIMDU. Would they consider me “fit” and stick me in an office job?
Without giving details, I would say I’m “high” on the chart.
Maybe, it depends on how bad things are with neck and back.
meboard initiated and VA visit next week , reason :fractured back , seperated fractured shoulder / elbow , from last year
sharp investigation was closed by civilians and CID months ago in march but command wont refer to it and remove flag. no negative actions or change in daily life .
. concerned MEB wont push through it ? leadership avoids or acts as if they cant check it , legal refuses to disclose information
