Its unfortunate this process isn't as streamlined as it can be althought its come a long way from what i used to be. I plan on calling the VA every Friday for an update until they tell me its complete. Is it pointless? yes, but it gives me something to look forward to while waiting.
 
So I called the VA and they said my case is waiting on PEB fitness determination but my Peblo said everything is summited and I have nothing to worry about. My claim has been with the VA since Oct 30th 2024. Any advice I’m hoping to be home by January

When did it get sent to the PEB?

You are a bit more than a month behind me. I'm currently waiting on ratings, the VA has had all my exams since the 10th of September. So I'm a bit over 90 days since all my claims were uploaded to TOL
 
Right now it looks like September cases are projected to be almost done or done by January or later. Unfortunately my guess is you’re looking more like Spring time frame
 
Another update: Just got the VA to send me my proposed rating, which has been a much needed boost for my mental well being during this process. I’m nearly at the end but I am just so worn out and ready to move on with my life. Thank the lord for 100%!

FINALLY got my VA ratings closed on the app yesterday and called today to get them emailed to me. 40% DOD/100% VA. A total of 94 grueling days in the PEB. If you don’t think your time is coming, take it from me, IT IS!

And now nothing will happen for st least two weeks as the PEB shuts down for the holidays
 
Anyone get PEB findings this week? I’m super anxious, I got my VA rating back 90% (MSC said the VA mailed me a letter 09DEC, I still haven’t received it). Case closed in the VA app since 06DEC. I don’t remember it taking this long after it closed in the app for others. I’ve been found unfit since 03OCT. I know separation orders will take a minute to generate, I just want to accept my findings already. I’m getting extremely flustered dealing with this.
