Got my findings and signed them Jan 16th. Was on OWF internship which is like skill bridge but for MEB/PEB. Just got back last week. Been waiting for an update on my orders. More waiting, what’s another month of declining symptoms to the navy though right?

I relate so strongly to that... i signed on the 14th of Jan so feeling worried about all these federal changes maybe impacting our release. I'm just not sure when/if I should call back to Millington. It's so hard to start doing anything without that release date not to mention thennn our orders. it's been 249 days total in this process
I talked to my PEB attorney (he has been the best advocate for information for me) and he is supposing that “NSIPS will be updated with dates before orders and to check on that like once a day” I had to laugh cause I check everything a few times a day. But he said it should be in there by this Thursday the 30th. So we will see! Hopefully he’s right and we get things updated this week and orders next week!

I contacted my PEB attorney this morning in desperate need of help. I am now getting negative counselings because the longer I sit here my depressive symptoms are getting worse and worse obviously impacting my ability to show up on time or tend to basic hygiene. I feel so helpless nobody has any answers and they keep telling me without a release date they have to keep treating me like any other sailor in holding. The PDRL list was released and my name is not on it still. I don't know what else to do.
omggggggg Dec 27th???? something has to be wrong, right? like this doesn't feel normal. I know the mentality like "just more navy paychecks" not for me, I'm living in a different state from my spouse I don't care about the paycheck I want to be free.
Just spoke to head PEBLO. His words "you are stuck" He told me there won't be a potential update on my EAS until mid-Feb at this point so to not anticipate being on the message traffic list until that point. He then said that if we arrive at mid-feb and I still haven't heard anything that my command CC needs to personally reach out to PERS. He said message traffic isn't being released properly and the only way commands can get info now is to call PERS themselves. It's just tough because PERS told me no later than today would I get a new EAS.
Hey, idk if you already did but you really should consider asking for a reasonable accommodation for Flex Time. You’re entitled to reasonable accommodations based on your disability. So I would send an email and CC your LPO AND LCPO or whoever you report to as well as a couple more above you in the chain. Unfortunately I was in the same boat and got a few counseling chits before I made a formal request through email. Also read up on what you are entitled to as well as what the timeframe is for them to give you an answer. Cause some higher up Is gonna say “well if I let you be late then I have to let everyone be late. And we can’t have that” And that’s not how the law works with reasonable accommodations. But that way you at least cover your ass on those rough mornings. I had one this morning, it shouldn't mean the end of the world.
Small update: I see my NSIPS updated on member data summary today to ACC: 380 TEMDU SEPROS- Pending Separation, Discharge, Release, or Retirement.

Congratulations! That means PERS has updated your ACC and is cutting you orders shortly. Out of curiosity, if you had a security clearance, did that show revoked or no longer available at the same time?
All of the clearance data shows the same as it was before the ACC changed

Your clearance should remain and generally remains up to 24 months after, unless you were due to expire before then. There is a more granular answer but not something I am comfortable discussing here.
That's fair, I think it's more about the shift in NSIPS than actually losing my clearance. ACC380 does some weird stuff.

has anyone gotten their final rating from the VA after separating/retiring? If so how long did it take?

I retired the 31st and when I call, they say I’m on the finalization like senior reviewer section just waiting to verify and release however, nothing is in my app
