Has anyone seen a situation where the PEB states they sent the package over to the VA, however, the VA doesn't have any current record that they received or are working on the package? For reference, my package was sent to the PEB on 26SEP24.

These next couple of weeks sounds like they're gonna be packed with great news for a lot of us, what was your timeline if you don't mind me asking?
I was sent to PEB 23SEP24 and I know for a fact the VA is reviewing my case, I would call them again and speak with another representative. If they still are saying the same thing, contact your PEB or MSC. Thats's so odd.
Just talked to Jeff, waiting on one last vote for for the 3 person board. Considering it's been since September, I wonder what the hold up is?
I can never seem to get ahold of Jeff. How do yall do it lol

Sure, here is my EXTENSIVE timeline;
Sept 2023 - Referred to AMRO board.
Dec 8th 2023 - Initial RILO Notification.
April 2024 - STILL WAITING ON NARSUM.
June 13th, 2024 - NARSUM Received, Now waiting on CIS.
June 25th, 2024 - CIS Received and signed * Commander concurs that SM should not be retained *
*** June 28, 2024 CIS came back from AFPC due to PEBLO providing outdated document ***
July 10th, 2024 - AFPC Order's Full MEB.
July 15th, 2024 - Spoke With MSC, 19 Claims total.
July 17th, 2024 - Leidos QTC Scheduled Exams (6 Total) All starting 30+ days from now.
August 20th, General VA Exam (13 Conditions)
August 21st, Dental Exam
August 23rd, Dental,, MH and Audio DBQs Uploaded into TOL. Just waiting on General to come back.
September 4th, ALL DBQs Uploaded into TOL.
September 10th, Signed 618 Submitted to PEB
September 18th, Found UNFIT by PEB
November 15th, Received VA proposed ratings 100% VA, Waiting for official notice from PEBLO.
Just a tip, if your claim is closed and you want to get emailed your results call the VA 1000# and make sure you selected the forms and documents selection. Tell them you need them emailed because you will be out of town when they arrive, worked first try for me. They even sent me the narrative breakdown where I can see what and why they give me each rating. On here it said 40% for my MEB condition but I know the PEB will still have the opportunity to change if they feel necessary. But my VA shouldn't change.
Is this for PEB, are you all set with the VA? The 3 person board isn't the VA rating team right?
its for the initial fit/unfit, which has been going on since the end of Sept.
Awesome and yes very extensive lol. Hopefully your DOD ratings come in soon as well.
I seen the narritive summary and it says my DOD rated condition is at 40%.
I got the second MYFSS email today and will be signing the 1180 tomorrow, how long after that will I get orders and start out-processing?
VA finally notified me that my proposed rating was completed today!
Here is what they wrote in their response:
Our records indicate a proposed rating was completed on November 20, 2024. The rating was forwarded to the Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) on November 20, 2024. The PEB will consider this proposed rating and finalize its decision about your fitness for continued service.
So I am still confused. VA keeps telling me that I am not deemed unfit yet but everybody here says that I am already deemed unfit if my claim is with the VA which I'm sure I am unfit. I've never been told if and when the PEB deemed me unfit before my claim went over to the VA but I can see others on this post pinpointing to a date they were deemed unfit.
But as you can see here, VA said that the PEB will get my proposed rating and finalize my fit/unfit decision. Is this a mistake on VA's part?
Anyways, is this where I might be able to harass(I've already been doing it lol) VA into emailing that proposed rating to me?? Or is this later?? Talking about how others have been able to tell them that they won't be home for a while so they have the VA email it to them.

When I called I basically explained the letter I could see was telling me where I could file more claims that I didn’t file , and that my MSC wouldn’t talk to me about anything until my final exit briefing. I told the VA rep that I was just trying to get clarification because the website said a proposed rating was sent but the only letter received was the additional claim one , the rep then sent me the email of my proposed rating and on that it stated that I was already found unfit .
How long after was this after they completed a proposed rating for you? "Our records indicate a proposed rating was completed on November 20, 2024." Since obviously I can't lie to them and say that I got a letter today when they completed my proposed rating today lol
Or...maybe I can and that one rep might bite?
Call the 1000# and click the forms and documents hotline. Tell them you will be out of town when it is delivered so emailing it will be better. This worked first try for me
How long after they completed your proposed ratings?
I just got off the phone and they said they had to wait 7-10 days to send out any correspondence on it. Darn. Worth a try though!
I think this wait is going to kill me more now that I know they completed my proposed rating... lol
