My husband is currently active duty Army. He's been referred to the MEB and received his P3 on October 19, 2012. He is meeting with PEBLO for the first time tomorrow morning. Is there anything that he needs to ask or be prepared for ahead of time? Also, what is the next step after he meeting with his PEBLO?
