I was submitted 11OCT and my lawyer said he feels “confident” that we’ll hear something in mid April. We shall see.. i know they just say stuff to get you to be quiet. I think I saw someone end of SEP that got results already and they were MH.
My lawyer said it’s been taking 7-9 months for cases to come back after submission. MH cases (allegedly) take longer, worst case, I would say 9 months after submission
You have your proposed ratings already or did the VA say they are done reviewing everything? I havent heard from my peblo is weeks. He doesnt answer phone calls or emails. Im going to his office tomorrow.
Submitted end of September. Still hasn’t moved past the MO as of today
Proposed ratings were sent, I found out by calling the VA my PEBLO literally quit and the Med Board Office said I'm not getting a new one because they only have one who works with findings so basically on my own. Ended up writing my congressman fingers crossed that helps.
Wow, thats insane. Good Luck. Wish things were faster. I'm Navy, this process is stressful and I want to move on with my life ha. I wonder if anyone was found fit.
Also, wonder if anyone in this forum received/approved for the CRSC

What format did you get your proposed ratings by? Did they email it to you? I need a copy of my proposed ratings for proof of future income for my mortgage
The VA wont just send you them even though va.gov says they mailed you a copy, they didnt. you can call and ask for them to email them. just dont mention you are on a med board and tell them you never received the letter. be super nice and if you call towards closing (2100) you are more likely to get someone to send them since its late and they want to go home and not argue.
I got my proposed ratings from the VA today and the letter states the military found me unfit but still nothing from my PEBLO. Did anyone get something like this?
If the letter states "so and so has been referred to the PEB as unfit for continued military service" then no, that's not actually the PEB's determination. That's the wording the VA uses in the narrative letter.
VA had my proposed ratings done 31 Jan. At the beginning of this month i was finally able to get a rep to send them. She knew about IDES and all that. She said to me "I am not sure why all the other reps haven't given them to you? It specifically says proposed ratings so it isn't like we are held liable" She told me there is nothing VA wise that dictates them to not give it to us. She just made it clear a few time that they are proposed and there is a chance something could change.

Ya know who know. Lady could have just been a maverick and said hey you can handle the fact that these say proposed which means proposed and could change. Basically we aren’t children and understand that haha. Good luck. Also my VA MsC at the clinic told me my VA combined %. Idk if you have that at least
