Does anyone know if I could have minor surgery for my right shoulder done during the IPEB phase. I can't find nothing on this. I tried calling my PEBLO and like always never picks up. I have Tricare prime and is not in a military instillation since I am not station in a military base or have one near.

If the surgery is for your reffered condition and you believe that your ratings are unjust you could always appeal and have the new evidence added or just submit docs to the VA but seeing that your already 70/100 I don't think there is much I would want to do if I were you.
