Mistake on PEB findings

I was reviewing my PEB findings from 2005. It said I had “normal imaging” as a part of the write up to give me 0%. I don’t remember having any imagining for my plantar fasciitis while on Active Duty. It also wasn’t mentioned in my NARSUM by the doctor. Wouldn’t it have been mentioned in the NARSUM? I had imagining but it was after I got out. This seems like a big mistake to make.

A Narrative Summary is a short summary of your medical wellbeing in narrative form. It in no way is all inclusive. My NARSUM was one page, my medical records stacked 6 feet high. There is no way a NARSUM can include all test that occured.

Thank you for your reply. I’m just shocked that they said “normal imaging” when there was zero imaging of my feet done.

I understand that is an issue.
