15JAN26: Code 37 on profile after 4th surgery
16MAR26:NARSUM completed by BH & PCM,CIS (Do Not Retain), PEBLO office sent me the diagnostic sheet (completed and signed)
*No one knows who initiated my MEB and NARSUM was completed before sending it up however I was told everything is sent up to AFPC by today or Monday.*
