MSC Contact Timeline... When do I follow up

Ive been looking at all the timelines and I see most peoples MSC contacts them not too long after they fill out the SHA... It's been about a month since I filled out the SHA and sent it to my PEBLO. I haven't heard anything from my PEBLO or the VA. Could it be all the firings at the VA? I just don't want to be annoying, but I never even got an acknowledgement from the PEBLO when I sent the SHA. Im in contracting so I am using to getting read receipts lol
 
I would reach out to your PEBLO and ask. They are used to the emails and phone calls as this process can be a little uninformative at times. It may be that you fell through the cracks with regards to an MSC. It can happen.
