I recently went through a very taxing physical training and selection course and received several medical issues/injuries while going through. Some of these issues/injuries included possible head and neck injury, cellulitis of feet and ankles, and troubles with breathing. I waited out the effects of these injuries to heal but I still have lingering issues. After the head and neck injury, I now have a loud ringing in my right ear, bouts of vertigo, and spontaneous headaches. The infection of my feet went away, however, they grow numb quickly when I stand or especially run, and my ankles get pretty painful the longer I have on boots. I also got an upper respiratory infection that went away but now gives me issues breathing even when going up or down stairs. I'm worried it may have brought back childhood asthma. Would any of these conditions be reasonable grounds to seek an MEB? I've only been in service for a year but I don't think I can fulfill my full military obligation in any occupation with the conditions I have without endangering myself or others. If so, how should I go about it?
