Army -- Jan 2007 refered MEB
May 2011 TDRL
Feb 2014 first eval scheduled finally. Much longer then 18 months.


Social Secuirty --
Feb 2007 applied -- Using wounded Warrior fast track program
March 2007 selected for random review
March 2007 SSDI Granted
Jan 2010 Social security periodic evalation.
Feb 2010 Evaluation passed. Continued SSDI


VA compensation.

March 2007 applied
July 2007 50% rating given, however they did not read the medical records and made gross errors on the forms. Re-submitted under special rule that forced an immediate re-eval within 2 weeks due to gross negligence on their part.
Aug 2007 70% rating permanent with 100% due to Individual Un-employabilty clause.
2011 -- Periodic re-evaluation. Made 100% permanent.


I have passed periodic evaluations for both Social Security, and the VA. With 100% disabled. However the army has still not made a decision. I just need ANY rating at this point to GTFO of this bullshit. I will get VA and Social Security for life, fuck the army BS not being able to make an obvious decision.

The meb side is in fact BS, and I feel for you. I am grateful you got SSDI and VA cleared away, so in reality all you are waiting on is for the PEB to apply the correct and current VA ratings to your declared unfitting conditions, which will hopefully enable you to receive tri-care for life etc. especially since you've spent more time battling beurocrats than the enemy. There needs to be a medal for that. or at least a t-shirt.
