day 98 out here waiting for rescue nothing in sight lol. I received a letter from they VA saying since i was going through medboard for mental health i could receive benefits through the VA. I'm hoping this means the Navy contacted the VA about my rating. Any one else have this experience?

This is standard practice for the VA. They are required to inform you that since you had a C&P exam for mental health you are eligible for mental health appointments at the VA in the meantime. I wouldn't read much into it.
I got the same letter yesterday in the mail.
