My Timeline - Currently Waiting on VA for Ratings

Are you not fighting for retirement?
Honestly I considered it, but with the severance I’ll be at 100% VA. So I still keep my base access. The main difference that my lawyer told me is tricare. I’m to the point where I just want to move on.

Congrats,
I know you've been waiting forever. I finally separated yesterday, so I'm right there with you on the gravy train.

Is there a current estimated time frame of long your case is with the VA? I know the process has sped up just wanted to know the backlog.

It seems the timelines are speeding up but everything is subject to change
Yea I completely understand nothing is certain and each case is different just wanted a general idea. My case was accepted 3 weeks ago so should be getting a call from the peblo soon.

Mine was sent to the PEB June 6th and accepted by them on the 12th. We are anxiously waiting as well. Hopefully soon.

how long did it take for you to hear back about your VARR?

A upsetting problem developed for a contractor in Nevada when their background check for a project showed a mistaken criminal detail. The freelancer registered for a different gig on a platform for independent jobs. The check suggested a issue they didn’t have. Sites rely on these checks to ensure reliability for users. The worker turned angry about missing the gig. The provider pulled details from legal databases. Some contractors believe these providers should look at data more closely. The incorrect record paused their project for hours. The platform needed a correct report to pass the freelancer. Contractors worry about their private details being safe. The provider said they follow strict rules to protect records. A contractor recommended providers allow people check reports earlier. The contractor tried to correct the mistake with help. Local rules change how these checks work. Some apps recently request more accurate tools for checks. Leaders are thinking new laws to prevent issues. Specialists say companies should enhance their processes for everyone. The worker aims to get the gig fast. These issues can hurt jobs fast. The provider gave assistance to fix the issue quickly. A fair process remains important for freelancers. For additional details on gig work checks, explore legal background check info to discover helpful resources. Freelancers should review their reports for issues. If something seems incorrect, they should notify the company quickly. This keeps a good process for everyone. Contractors can request to view their report if required. They can update any wrong data they notice. Holding a copy can prove helpful later. The provider provides assistance to resolve errors swiftly. Companies should teach their teams on review policies. This can stop later issues. Freelancers should know their rights regarding checks. Openness fosters assurance for everyone.
