He's wrong if you're in IDES, he might not understand your situation.
I told him I was ides and he said specifically when it comes to THES3 cases it's different lol idk where they get thes3 remote employees
I wouldn't worry about it, you'll get your findings soon. Mine took about 14 days, and you'll get both VA and DOD.
