My Timeline for reference

My VA claim closed on the 13th of April and I haven’t gotten anything from my PEBLO. Only being told it is with QA and that was 2 weeks ago

Hell yeah! Good stuff my guy. I called and my proposed are completed but theyre refusing to give me the ratings lol. So I'm exactly where you were yesterday haha
They won't email them until there has been enough time for the snail mail to make it to your house.

Got my ratings today 20 DOD 100 VA. When I was looking it over they only sent me the VA for my referred conditions which was 20%. I’m going to have to wait and see if all my other service connected still reaches 100% so my severance doesn’t affect my VA monthly

I would look up the instruction again, I don't think 100% allows you to double dip.

the way I was explained by my MSC was if my ratings still at 100% even with the 20% for referred conditions. You wouldn’t have to pay back the severance

It was explained to me that you couldn't get paid for the same condition twice. That's what I remember reading to. I'd read it on your own.

No that’s what I mean. I have other things I claimed. If those add up to 100% still.

Timeline for ref.
March 3rd 2023 PEB accepted
April 28th Rater assigned (Ready for decision)
Just called the VA hotline and was told on May 5th my case was sent to someone to be finalized and I have my proposed ratings. They just need to look over everything before it's sent to my PEBLO.
Sound about right to anyone?
They said it should be done soon and possibly by next week sometime.

If you're still 100% minus your referred conditions you dont pay back the severance. thats how it was explained to me as well
