Also been at VA for rating since the 17th of OCT
Yes I do have copies of my c&p. My ROM falls in the 20% range for lumbar spine and my knees should be 10% each. This forum has taught me quite a bit and I'm very thankful for it!I suggest you begin doing research on this forum what to expect for VA ratings for your knees and back. Was it your lumbar, cervical or thoracic. Understand that the ROM is used as the primary rating. Did you receive a copy of your C&P? I received a 10% VA rating for my lower back and 30% for cervical.
I'm really hoping for that. The narsum also made note that the conditions are stable and not expected to change in the next 5 years so I think that's what is needed for PDRL.With that being said, your combined DOD rating at my guess will be 40%
Yes he is the supervisor I contact him when I do not hear from my peblo and I have questions that need answered.@howardrigger, is Mr. Rodriguez the supervisor of the PEBLOs? Just curious... getting really pissy lately. My narsum has been completed by a provider at Ft Stewart for 15 days now and I still haven't been called in to sign the paperwork. It was sent back for administrative changes but that was all clarified this past Monday. ARGH!!!!
VA chat has been help to me I wonder if it is who you talk to. They have answered my questions better then my peblo has that is for sure. @andrewsve how did you get a IDES Legal appointment to get a estimated rating? Are you army?
I am stations at Fort Lee, Va. They didn't even say anything about a lawyer when I got my narsum and signed. but my PEBLO sucks big time.
