Treatment, LOD’s, dealing with a Medical Treatment Facility that is utterly clueless about the process or taking care of it’s people (over 2 years)
19 Sept 18 refered to MEB
25 Sept 18 met with PEBLO who was awesome (first person I met besides VA who actually had a clue and genuinely cared about taking care of people)
25 Oct 18 first C&P exam (degenerative arthritis in both hips)
6 Nov 18 C&P exam for anxiety disorder/PTSD (previously rated at 50% in Jan 17 and also Tennitus 10% for a total of 60% VA total)
11 Nov 18 case sent to Informal Physical Evaluation Board
Nov 18 case sent for VA for ratings
26 Nov 18 eBenefits status changed to “Compensation: Preparation for decision’

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your replies
 
My case was at Preparation for decision last week and I just got my decision yesterday.

My PEBLO said they got 200 decisions dropped on them yesterday.
 
Timelines are so varied. Given the amount of time invested, perhaps more people should think about the results a day or two before accepting them.

Great advice chaplaincharley. I really appreciate your input on this site and read many of your responses. Thanks for all you do to help with the flow of information. This site and its people like you make a very difficult situation much, much more endurable.
 
You are welcome. One of the things I missed in the avalanche of paperwork was that some of my VA rating were temporary. I filed a NOD and the ratings were made retroactively permanent. Best wishes for a great outcome on your PEB.
