So I called the Va today, I was found unfit Dec 2/22, they said that the proposed ratings were done on the 22 of Feb, my claim was “closed” on 25 of feb. They said it’s not closed until you get out of the military, then it will be closed and you’ll see your actual ratings and what you should be paid. All in all, I think that means that they finished the proposed rating, and this is based off of my call with them this morning, it could be different for everyone but yeah!
I feel like getting any news is basically something you should get congratulated on at this point.....so, congrats lol
Did VERA give you this information or just the normal hotline?

I want to say 3 months, I was unfit 2 DEC 22, and claim closed 22 Feb 23, and got my findings today. So roughly 2-3 months!
When it was closed on the VA.gov website does it say "correspondence claim" and say opened on Feb (X) closed on the same day? I'm beginning to think this isn't my actual claim or it's something else as I'm being told it's still being processed.
That’s from a call probably from VERA, more than likely. I have one like that from 10JAN2023 that was under correspondence. I’m still waiting for my ratings to be done, too
Ooof I’m not too sure about that, when I clicked on my closed claim it just said it was closed. It didn’t tell me anything else, or even what I had claimed

Case submitted to PEB Oct 31,
Found unfit on Dec 8,
VA Ratings closed on March 10,
Was able to call and ask them to send me my later the same day
Currently waiting for my findings from PEBLO. This has been a long process but I'm almost at the end.

Nice! Congrats, and it seems like they’ve been around that 90 day mark. I’m sure you should be hearing something within a week and a half
I'm STILL waiting on VA claims, unfit 11/4... messaged my liaison and he said we are still waiting on clarification after my additional exam over a week ago.

I remember me and you were found unfit at the same time. Did you do avatar or appeal? Otherwise why are they taking so long?
as soon as your peb completes everything usually 1-3 weeks until you recieve your discharge date
My case got deferred twice at the VA due to the examiner not doing her job correctly, once in January and once in March. It has totally screwed me over. I did an additional exam and now we are waiting on one more clarification and THEN I should have my ratings. And then we wait for DoD. God I hope it’s not long after.
