My EAS hasn't changed on MOL yet. I did go to IPAC yesterday for a few things and was told my package shows as approved in their system and it is just waiting to be assigned an index from HQMC. If there isn't any changes by next week I am going to call around. My PEBLO still said timeline is 2 weeks from signing but we are over that already so giving it another week. I will post when I hear something.

Hang in there bud, this is another one of those times where you wait on the PEB and they send out your index. your orders won't come until the PEB president signs off on the index. HQMC told me that they usually get a index for 100 cases at a time and run a bulk diary entry on them.
Index is assigned by the PEB bro not HQMC. HQMC takes that index and runs a diary entry adjusting your EAS.

Your case has been finalized and the notification letter was sent to HQMC this morning. The index number on the letter is MXXXXXXXX. You should contact HQMC MMSR-4 referencing the index number regarding your actual separation. Best of luck in the future.

In my situation it was sent out same day bro. Special circumstances were communicated to the board on my behalf.

What did you tell the board in order to expedite the process if you don't mind me asking? I already have a job lined up but if this process goes into the summer I will no longer have that job.
I am Post VA QA as of 29-Jan.
That I had a once in a lifetime job opportunity that I was going to lose out on so I was willing to accept my findings as is (not contest them) or waive my right to the board completely since I had already past my EAS.
I still don't have my orders and it's been over 3 weeks. So I started making some calls. The first lady I called said it was the wrong department and said to call 1-866-U-ASK-NPC. They said they can't help me because I am being put on TDRL and to send an e-mail to [email protected]. I just did that and am waiting for a response. I will post here with what I find out (and if it is a useful resource).
You should be able to contact them from a civilian e-mail. I got a resonabley quick response. I will have my orders early next week and my last day will be March 28th. So I am flying out next week to finish in-processing at my job, checking out the 10th and starting my job on the 15th.
I talked to them and they told me typically they select the retirement date as 3 days prior to the end of the month but agreed to pick the date I selected. They did not have an index number for me as of Monday though
the PEB in Navy Yard fucks everything up.
im just hoping I hear something soon on mine, this fuckery of still waiting 60+ days post VA QA stage is ridiculous all I ever get told is that im post QA stage and to wait till they (PEBLO) calls me with something.
They really need to take a long, hard look at the staffing in Navy Yard. The bottleneck is insane.
