It absolutely is, my PEBLO hasn't answered the phone once for me other than when I called from a different number...I had a same situation. Keep calling your Peblo and ask. As right now I got my 199 from PEB and waiting for transition almost a week now. And no one call me yet. I guess all this process is crazy for waisting people time
Did you receive your fit/unfit memo from PEB?So everything feels like it's at a standstill, I can't get any straight answers and it overall is not a fun experience. Sorry for the crappy photos, but its' the best I could get. Anyone have a similar timeline? Any word on how much longer the PEB should take?
