I have been unable to access my dashboard regardless of system. It have been 40 days into the IPEB and my VA ratings have been complete and sent since 4 June. The last news I got from my PEBLO was the PEB was trying to decide what conditions that I have are unfit. I know I haven't been going through this process as long as some people as I started at the end of January. I know my percentage that VA recommended so that is a plus but still this waiting game is just taking forever and I can only keep telling this employer I have lined up that it won't be much longer.

I have been told that by several people; however, when I talked to my PEBLO about it he said "What if you are found fit?". I seriously have never looked so dumbfounded before in my life. I just said yes, tracking, I understand, thank you for your assistance and went on my day. After 14 years of service, five bulging disc (two in my neck and three in my lower back), a completely destroyed disc at my L5/S1 and 70+ loss of feeling/use of my left arm/hand. I hate that statement, why in the hell would you be referred for an MEB if they were to label you as "fit", literally makes zero sense. Let's waste a bunch of resources and time just to put someone back out in the field. Been waiting on the PEB findings since 5 June. In the same boat.I've been in the PEB Findings stage for over 30 days now, so I imagine you have a bit of time left. However, my Informal PEB/VA Rating stage was complete on the same day according to my dashboard.

I just submitted a expedited memo request today and I started the PEB findings on 6/30. Crossing my fingers and hoping it helps and I get my 199 within the next two weeks.I talked to my PEBLO last week and was told that I should be patient because there is only one PEB working on these cases and there are over 5000 cases right now.

How did you get your DoD ratings? I’ve tried everything from PEBLO to MSC and they keep telling me to wait on 199. I’ve had VA ratings since May.I hope it helps you, I really do. My PEBLO sent me the report the VA sends to the PEB. You should be able to call the VA and ask for the same correspondence, it breaks down each finding and what percentage they are giving you.How did you get your DoD ratings? What stage are you in?My PEBLO nor the VA will tell me my ratings. They just keep telling me 30-90 days. It’s annoying! Idk when to start looking for houses or a date to tell my employer!

Some PEBLOs will send that report to you, some will not. Mine will not send me any reports but tell me things. The VA can't withhold anything from you that they have released to your PEBLO. It is covered under the Freedom of Information Act. Once they send the proposed rating to the branch you are in, they can send them to you.
ok, so they probably don't have your ratings yet. Once your done with that stage the VA will officially input your ratings and then you can get a copy of that document.I am in the IPEB stage
Look on your ebenefits and see if you have a closed case. If so see if it has been 15 calendar days. If so then you can reasonably expect them to have already completed and sent the proposed ratings to the PEB for evaluation. You can then call the VA and request a copy of the proposed rating letter be emailed to you. If they give you trouble, tell them all you are asking for is the letter that has your proposed total percentage on, not your line by line percentage.

No problem, I understand how stressful this process can be. I promise there is light at the end of the tunnel though. I went into this process thinking it was going to be easy and fast and this and that, boy was I wrong. If I can get through it, then anyone can.Thank you for the help! I’m in the decision phase.
