So if you don’t agree with certain things in your Narsum. Do/did you all write a short rebuttals explaining why? Because everything I’m doing and reading over my QTC exams it looks like I’m going from 40% to 10%. The 40% being awarded in aug 2020 and this new exam in June 2021. Just curious on if anyone has experienced the same thing. As I feel I’m about to get screwed right now. My back did not have a magic wand waved at it or anything in the last 10 months.

any advice would be greatly appreciated

If there are major error on the NARSUM you can request IMR. I suspect most NARSUMS have minor errors and they are irrelevant. The first time I went through the MEB process, my doc let me proof the NARSUM. There were a few minor errors, which he corrected. The second time through the MEB process the NARSUM was woefully off track. I did not intervene. The PEB made the doc re-write the NARSUM.

Ok. That makes sense. I have my Peblo meeting this morning. My QTC Dr. put does NOT have prostrating and economic adaptability or whatever the phrasing is.

However he put that I have trouble working at a computer because my nerves in my neck bother me and I have to stretch and take frequent breaks.

The next bullet said that I lay down frequently at home due to fatigue and pain after walking with the family for half a mile due to neck/back.

Did/do you argue this at this time? Or do you argue these points at a future time like when you receive ratings? I have a feeling that since he answered that question "no" on the top line that the rating will not be accurate.
