New thread in order, without all my erratic posts ;)

JAN2010-INJURED

6DEC2011- Refered to MEB

15DEC2011- VA claims filed

23DEC2011 through 22JAN2012- Completion of all VA Exams for 21 Claims incl. MEB injuries

24FEB2012- Recieved copy of C & P exams... Submitted rebuttal on final MEB
dictation statements (incl. 2 addendums) to include additional treatment

1MAR2012- No changes to dictation, package submitted to DC.

16MAR recieved FIT Finding

27MAR Appealed iPEB FIT finding with several statements and new medical evidence

10APR Package sent to VA for Rating (this means i was found UNFIT)

27APR VA Rating Decision Made

30APR VA Rating Decision Mailed
 
Wow, your VA rating decision came in quick from being found unfit! I am being told it could take months to get a decision!
 
How can I find out if my Package has been sent to VA for rating and if the VA Rating decision has been made.
 
So I havent got my results yet and i am impatient.

NOTE: The VA Reps DO have access to your rating once you know a decision had been made (proposed).

I called the VA and got the rep to tell me my rating, without talking to a supervisor or anything. Say the right thing with the right rep and you can find out your ratings in advance, before even the PEB has found out. :) yay!!!
