How many conditions did you claim? How long did you wait from the moment your package was routed to the VA for ratings till you received your ratings?

Sorry for the late response. I claimed 10 conditions one of which was unfounded. And it took roughly 3 weeks to get my ratings back.

Hello, after you received your retirement message does that mean you can start your terminal leave soon after that? Assuming all your separation things are done. Or do you have to wait for a retirement message and then separation orders?

Once I received my retirement date I was then given the go ahead to start my checkout. I had to go to admin to get my separation checklist. I couldn't do anything else until I finished the checklist. Then they gave me my checkout sheet. I am currently on PTDY. But to answer your question once you get your message you can start everything. I didnt get my actual orders until February 11.

Hey,
I do have a question. I had a PE back in Dec 18 in my lung. I have been going through a review board for them to decide if I will return to world wide duty, return to duty with stipulations, or medically unfit. I have been on blood thinners since Dec 18. Do they allow individuals to stay in the military if they are on blood thinners? Just a little confused and trying to research what others have been through.

Thanks,
Brandi

Hello,
Congrats on your transition! How were you able to start TGPS and Capstone before you were found Unfit? I had my pet was found unfit and am being told I can't do anything to move forward until I get my letter back from the PEB after the VA rates etc etc. I have gone on JKO and done the online version of TGPS anyway.

Thank you!

Hello question,
How did you find out you were unfit from the va?

Who did you call to get your rating I tried today and said they couldn’t tell me and that my rating had been sent to the PEB

Oh you shouldn’t have told them you were being medboarded, i just told them that i didn’t receive my letter and just would have liked it emailed to me
