NEED Advice

I posted here once before in regards to my MEB. I was active duty but serving as a reservist now. I began the MEB process in april of 2024. My case quickly made its way to AFPC but was sent back for corrections. The PEBLO handling my case retired so it was sent back to nobody to be reviewed.. I tirelessly tried to contact the PEBLOS at my base (Hill AFB) with no success. There has been no movement and I have no clue where I am at in the process now. My leadership is well aware of the situation but have not been able to help get things sorted.

What can I do to get this process moving again. Do I have any legal action that I can take? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

While you may have tried this... Find out who the PEBLO supervisor is for your area and try to reach them.

Reach out to your MSC and inform them of the situation. Mine was able to make contact when my PEBLO abruptly disappeared with a newer person eventually in their place.

And inform your legal council specifically asking them for help to resolve this issue.

I would just reach about to just about everyone. Patient advocate, ODC, PCM, Peblo supervisor, ICE comment card, First shirt.

I will find out the peblo supervisor. I filed a report with the patient advocate months ago and that got me back on the radar. Went dead again after that. Thank you

Reached out to patient advocate months ago. Just hit up the ODC today. Will be finding out who the peblo supervisor is.

Do you think IG would be warranted at this point? Or would that even be worth it? They have blatantly ignored my emails. As a medical staff member that is unacceptable to me.

I’m no expert. If I were in your shoes I would contact them to see if they have any advice. But I would look into an ICE complaint and ask the first shirt to speak to the medical shirt.

Since your case seems stuck and you're not getting updates, it might be a good idea to talk to a legal team that knows how these military boards work.
