Hey, so I recently got diagnosed with MDD, GAD, chronic migraine disorder, have suicidal ideations (been to a psych ward), have a shoulder injury (currently on limdue for my shoulder, surgery is on July 16)that I’m waiting on surgery for. I went to my mental health provider because I just got extended in iop for hallucinations. And my mental health provider brought up the topic of a cnd separation and is saying that she doesn’t know if I’ll be allowed to stay in. We’re not sure what type of separation it’ll be because nothing has been submitted yet, but it seems like she’s leaning towards cnd, and she says providers don’t necessary HAVE to take considerations from providers and she has me for adjustment disorder. I’m curious what should I do, how can I fight for a medboard? I’ve been at my training command for around two and a half years now. Like I said nothing has been submitted yet, I have a follow up with mental health in a few weeks, what should I do?
