Yea I can get to that screen and I click on the bottom one then when it goes to the other screen shot you sent I don't have the two red parts at the end of it to download it. All it says is ready for download but no where to download it and I have a premium account so who knows.

I have a premium account by using my cac to verify. But i too have run across this same message telling me that in order to link accounts above my premium access i have to verify in person at the va. Anyways try the following link to set it up

No Luck at all very upsetting and then I believe because Im dumb there is maybe 3 logins for myhealthevet because I forgot my password and created a new user name and I feel like everything is screwed up right now well my life is screwed up so this would not surprise me hopefully I can get this taken care of by someone who is kind enough to help me when I ask them otherwise Im shit out of luck when I get out because it will be a pain in the ass to get it fixed most likely.

Go to the SFL-TAP/ACAP building. Ask them for help on setting it up. Its part of their job before you clear.
