I'm on my way to a formal board for Fibromyalgia. i was found fit and we are trying to appeal. My lawyer suggested that i go see my PCM to have them note that if I'm found fit i would still be unable to do certain things. I have gotten a new PCM since i started the Med Board and when i saw him today he told me the Marine Corps shouldn't med sep me they should admin sep me immediately. That there is nothing wrong with me its just my lack of will that makes me unable to do anything. any advice on how to deal with this PCM or any advice for fighting the Fit finding? Also, they noted in my results that i was misdiagnosed with Fibromyalgia quoting my doctor from December of 2016 but i guess they didn't see the notes from the same doctor in February of 2017. i need some help. Thanks.

Change your PCM, go to his supervisor, or go to the hospital advocacy group with an outline of your issues. I have found that some military doctors are just terrible (7 years undiagnosed RA). Some are quite good. He may have just skimmed your records and BS'd through the appointment.
