Never damage question

My husband had an EMG done last week. The doctor said he has slight nerve damage in his right arm but not enough to affect the function of his arm at this moment. My husband didn't ask if it will get worse over time. He has neuroforminal narrowing on his right and left cervical spine, mostly on the right. Has anyone else had this? Will it get worse with time? Another doctor told him it is normal to have that and it is normal for his cervical spine to be straightened at the age of 28. Does anyone know if it is or isn't normal?

Honestly, most likely it will get worse; it depends on whether or not the narrowing continues. If it does it will put more pressure on the nerve. Don't really know what to tell you about normal. I didn't have problems until I was 42 or 43. Instead of my cervical spine straightening I ruptured two discs. I also have narrowing; numbness progressed to pain over three years; doesn't mean that this will happen with your husband. I'm old and falling apart.
