Posting this for a central source of this information, updated TODAY (18NOV)
The D.C. office is no longer allowed to give out any information about cases, they're directing everyone back to their PEBLO
Additionally, once your case comes back from the VA and goes to the PEB for final decision it sits waiting for QA to assess it and they're currently undermanned and sitting at about a 30 day timeline.
TL;DR: Don't call the D.C. office, QA is at 30 days.
Will update as I hear more info..
My case:
Referred March 2019
VA appointments done ~July 2019
Case came back from VA 8NOV
Awaiting QA decision
