I was diagnosed with Anxiety with mild PTSD on 1JUL. I didn't put this on my initial VA claim list when I started the IDES process. I did put other Mental health issues on there so I have a MH C/P appointment at the end of the month. Should I bring in the notes from this doctor to the visit to show I have been diagnosed with this? Would it help me at all or will the Dr. make their own determination anyways?

It can't hurt to take the notes. If the C&P examiner chooses to make his/her own determination nothing is lost. If you don't take them then they are not an option.
