MMSR-4 said that any indexes they receive this month will have a March 30th EAS date, if your husband wants a different date then he must contact HQMC once his new EAS hits the system.
Awesome to know. Where can I find this info for future reference?MMSR-4 said that any indexes they receive this month will have a March 30th EAS date, if your husband wants a different date then he must contact HQMC once his new EAS hits the system.

Damn...Awesome. Thank you for that.I just called MMSR-4 Disability Separation and Retirement (HQMC) They are some really great Marines. There really isn't any snag on anything at HQMC as all they do is adjust your EAS once the PEB has given them your index to close out your PEB.
I've seen that happen at times, glitch? You can still find yourself on the Rank/MOS tab listing everyone's EAS.Went to check MOL and the BIR link isn't there anymore?? Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
Were you able to get things figured out? That's awesome! I hope so, we want to leave here asap.
Just checked and it's working again, still nothing unfortunately thoughWere you able to get things figured out?
The BIR section isn't showing up on my MOL account either, that seems to be a frequent glitch for some reason. If you are trying to check an EAS you can always use the rank/mos tab.
Congrats!EAS posted today. Advice to you guys waiting for EAS change, Call MMSR-4 and just ask if your index has been received.
Congrats!
I had my Ssgt call (I'm not sure where he called but he told me he did) and they told him that there was a problem with my paperwork and they fixed it on the spot. It's been 6 business days since that call and still nothing. I'm told not to call because its "not my place" but I am getting worried it is taking way too long. It's now been 25 business days since I signed my ratings and my EAS still has not changed.
Did you get a short term home awaiting orders to get out quickly or did you just get your EAS accelerated?EAS posted today. Advice to you guys waiting for EAS change, Call MMSR-4 and just ask if your index has been received.
I called just a few minutes ago and they told me that they have not received my findings which means that the PEB has not sent them my index yet. They said to contact my PEBLO to check the status of my PEB case and I did but he does not answer the phone, I'm not sure what I can do now.I am not sure why your SSGT would say that because it is your place. You need to advocate for yourself because to be honest not many other people will. My advice would be to call HQMC and inquire about where you are in the process or contact an IDES lawyer to have them work to find out what is happening. I signed my ratings on Feb 3rd, I called today and verified where I personally was in the process. HQMC indicated my index was sent over from the PEB and arrived to their office this morning and that within 3 business days (no later than Friday) my new EAS will be posted to MOL. They stated if it was not posted by Monday to call them back right away and they will get it taken care of on the spot. It all comes down to being proactive.
Man, it sounds like you are getting shafted. Sorry you are having such a challenging experience, I am sure this must be very frustrating for you and your family. I am not sure how you would contact the PEB directly but you could always seek counsel from an IDES lawyer, he/she will have the ability to push people to get things for you. Aside from that you could always call your PEBLO but I am not too sure what they will do....my PEBLO typically says "wait it out." This was one reason I got so proactive in my own case, I was tired of waiting on people to do their dang jobs. That's my thing they tell me to call my PEBLO but he usually just tells me to wait it out. It's so easy to say "wait it out" when you're not in the situation, I have a family who's life is on pause till this all gets resolved it is extremely stressful. But I've decided that I am going to start googling and see if I come up on any contact information for the PEB, hopefully I can get in contact with someone because I feel like my case is just sitting in someones office not having any progress made. Thanks for the help though I appreciate itMan, it sounds like you are getting shafted.
