New P3 Profile

Just got back my ratings. 10% DOD and 100% VA. I was very surprised at the 10% rating since my lawyer told me from the start that I would get at least 30-50%. Anyways, during the MEB I recieved another P3 profile. If this condition gets added then I'm guaranteed at least 30% for DOD. I submitted the paperwork to my PEBLO asking for the FPEB - which I was told probably wouldn't happen until July or so. Has anyone else gotten a new P3 when their MEB was already under way?

I also saw someone on here say something about submitting a rebuttal that didn't have to go through the FPEB , and it is a much quicker process. What kind of paperwork do you have to have to submit a rebuttal? Would a new P3 be enough? I have a family waiting on me to get out, so I am trying to expedite this process!

Thanks for any answers!

Yep. That was me. Talk to your IDES legal counsel about submitting an informal request ahead of the FPEB. If your evidence is strong enough sometimes they will agree with you and kick back an updated DA199 instead of having you do a FPEB. If they don't you attorney can glean that information and it will help you fill holes in your case before the FPEB. You may want to consult a private attorney too.
