Here is a rough estimate of my timeline:
November 2019- Referred to Med Board
December 11, 2019- C&P Exams
February 12, 2020- submitted to PEB
April 21, Findings received and concurred.
Moving forward- once I concur with the findings, do I need to call someone to update my EAS, or do I just periodically check MOL? Thanks I’m advance!

Yeah you just need to wait for your package to be sent to HQMC. Keep checking your BIR for your new EAS, it won't generate a message on MOL.
