No contact from PEBLO?

So I’ve been trying to get in contact with my PEBLO ever since I received my NARSUM with no luck.
After meeting with legal we determined that there was no need for rebuttal so I went and signed my DA3947, then my PEBLO said everything was sent up and all the sudden she went MIA (this was 1/26/24) as of today (2/27/24) still no contact from her. I email her about 7 times and called about the same just requesting update or any further steps I need to take-NOTHING!
Then I emailed my legal officer and he said that my final decision is back from the VA and that my PEBLO should’ve contacted me, also in the VA app it say that I have a new letter with my decision being mailed to me.
How can I get in contact with my PEBLO or ANYONE that can help me ?

Have you tried going up to the local MEDBOARD office where the PEBLO’s work at? I’m not sure what branch you’re in? But I’m Navy and where I’m stationed, our hospital has a MEDBOARD office where all the PEBLOS work at. I would say just show up in person!!! You’re not alone in this, my PEBLO isn’t the best at contacting me either.
