Non Medical Assessment Routing Issues

I've been on med board since December of 2025. I dropped my NMA documents off with my command in January as soon as I got them as I was on baby leave. I returned back to work mid February and was told it wasn't started so they started it then. Around March 13th I was told that it was with the triad and I've spoke with deployment coordinators who tell me it's been with XO since April 20th. I'm truly at my wits end. My med boards on pause, and my direct chain doesn't seem to care about where it is in the routing process just that it's out of their hands. I would appreciate any guidance on this.

At this point, since you’ve already tracked it down to being with the XO, I’d recommend politely but consistently following up. Sometimes things really do just sit on desks until someone brings attention back to them.
