I am active duty USAF and have been in a few other branches making my way to where I am at in my career. I am an O3E and have a combined 13 years of service between enlisted and officer. I am lost in the sauce with all of this, and not sure what to do. Does this process look at the entire picture of everything or just the unfitting conditions? any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. My medical conditions are as listed:
Abdominal pain
Abnormal weight loss
ADHD - Attention deficit disorder with
hyperactivity
Astigmatism
Chronic pain syndrome
Concussion with loss of consciousness of 30 minutes or less, subsequent encounter
Dyspnea, unspecified- have chronic small airway disease
Eosinophilic esophagitis- requiring multiple scopes a year and dupixent injections with omeprazole and its up and down as far as consistency. ( this is the condition that is an automatic meb board condition)
GERD - Gastro-esophageal reflux disease
migraines chronic 1-2 a week. taking amptryptine for it
Hip pain- bilateral torn labrums
Hypermetropia
IBS-like 4 diarrhea episodes a day
Low back pain
Low testosterone- not currrently on injections because the air force freaked out about it
Neck pain
Neuralgia
Bilateral shoulder labral tears
Pain in testicle-chronic epidymtis
PERSONAL HISTORY OF TRAUMATIC
BRAIN INJURY (TBI), HIGHEST LEVEL OF SEVERITY MILD (GLASGOW COMA SCALE 13-15), LOC 0-30 MIN, POST
TRAUMA AMNESIA 0-1 DAY, ALTERATION OF CONSCIOUSNESS <24 HOURS PERSONAL HISTORY OF TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY (TBI), HIGHEST LEVEL OF, SEVERITY UNKNOWN
Post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic (VA rated at 50% with break in service, got better then came back in and its back full force now)
Rhinitis
Scar
Sinus congestion
Sleep problem- chronic insomnia
Tinnitus- I wear hearing aids for this
Traumatic brain injury
Umbilical hernia
