November Cases

You know what happens after i sign my findings? Im not doing terminal or PTAD. I want the soonest EAS date. 80% VA 50% DoD.
You’ll get separation orders ~30 days after you sign and your NLT is 90 days after you sign. If you want an earlier NLT date let your admin know and it can happen. Not sure who to call or email for the marines though but your admin should know who to contact for an earlier NLT date.

Im admin lol

Lol well then you’ll know when your orders pop up and I’m sure somebody in your office knows who to contact to get an earlier out date. If not just ask when you go to sign your findings. Congrats!
This is the most painful process ever. Especially being a MH case. Just standing by looking like a nut case waiting to be released.

Aren't we all nut cases we joined the USMC haha. Just trying to make light of the situation. I understand though it does suck, sadly the process doesn't get easier once you sign your findings. People still wont give you any answers. Hurry up and wait again. Hope your stuff moves smoothly!

finally got the call today and was found unfit. Signed my findings just a couple minutes ago. 10% DOD 100% VA

Here are my dates in case anyone had a similar timeline:
MEB Started: August 2021
PEB MOL Notification: November 8 2021
C&P Exams: September 24th but had to do them all over again on February 1st
Findings Received and Signed: April 14th 2022

Now i’m just waiting for a new EAS date. Original EAS is July 16th 2022. Hopefully in out of here before that lol

So, I have been following this Forum website for 2 weeks now and seen it prior but I hate forums because I think they're ugly. However, I am a November 2021 Case and I continually hound everyone regarding my situation. I have $120K job lined up back on the east coast, trying to buy a house- have pre-approval and mortgage broker, and attempting to plan appropriately but continue to be told to go f**k myself on the reg.

Here are my stats:
08 July 2020: LIMDU Profile began
01 March 2021: Arthoplasty Disc Surgery (L5-S1) through abdomen on 2nd LIMDU
13 March 2021: Denied 3rd LIMDU request from BN

3 Nov 2021: PEB package accepted by board on MOL
1 Mar 2021: 90% VA rating from DES attorney
14 Apr 2021: No update on Findings

Is anybody else also in this boat? What are you doing to try and speed this process up. I feel I have had a decent amount of hiccups with mine but my Command is in Colorado, everything has to go through the West and nobody knows how a Med Board here works.

Been 163 Days since 03 Nov 202, Today.

Update on this, I called main DES in cherry point cause I wanted to see where my package was (no one answered imagine that) but they emailed me later that night and said my package was accepted by the PEB on Feb 2nd and it was a 4-6 month wait. when I originally was told it was sent to the PEB I was told 6-8 months! seems like the time lines are moving up a little bit!!

EAS just updated to 15 June ! Original EAS date was 15 July. I have about 20 leave days saved up so that puts me at the end of may + how many ever PTAD days I can use, currently on leave so once I get back I just pack up my shit and dip out
